Selection Process
It is an integral part of our business strategy to recruit and retain the right people. This is reflected in our recruitment process, which is designed to allow you to ‘select’ us an employer as much as we are ‘selecting’ you as an employee.
The process will vary from vacancy to vacancy and heavily involves the line managers to ensure they get a feel for you as an individual and you get a real feel for the business area.
We have a two to three stage process, which will draw upon a variety of methodologies, competency-based interviews, assessment centres and psychometric testing. Once you’ve been selected for that first stage, it is really up to you to come and demonstrate why you’re ready for the challenges and rewards of a career with us.
