Management
The most senior executive body of Consensus Business Group is the Group Management Board. The Management Board is responsible for the day to day running of the Group’s operations, under the ultimate leadership of the Chairman.
The Group Management Board is also directly responsible for the development and implementation of the corporate strategy; administering financial plans for the Group; and internal organisation and execution of Consensus policies.
It is the Management Group that drives the business towards achieving both short and long term business goals.
