Our Capital team underpins all the Group's financial activities. The efficient use of capital is the core of the Group's business model and our Capital team is the principal driver of growth.
We engineer bespoke financial structures drawing on our expertise in debt and equity raising, fund management, securitisation, mezzanine finance and syndicated loans, in conjunction with banks, institutions and other investors.
The majority of the Capital team has a banking background, providing a depth of expertise in a wide range of debt forms and the packaging of both internal and external investor instruments to suit all types of property transactions.
The Capital team has well established external banking, legal and investor relationships supporting its activities.
